    I am very satisfied with the prompt delivery of the order and the ordered products. They arrived the next day (after I placed the order in the morning)! As a small minus, I am not very happy with the pleasant engraving I requested: it is large, large font and slightly erased writing. I would have expected a smaller plate, a smaller font, and a finer engraving, more precisely a little more discreet :). But I chose a hidden place for the engraved plate, so I'm glad it can't be seen from the outside. I didn't have time to inquire about the engraved plate either. In total, I would rate it 9 out of 10.
