How to order?
 

To place an order on GiftExpress.ro, you need to follow a few simple steps to provide us all the data we need to deliver the products you want in no time.

Login - to have a history of your orders and so you can better organize your shopping cart, we invite you to create a customer account. If you already have an account, please login.

Authentication can be done at any time of browsing the site giftexpress.ro

1. Product choice 
   To choose the desired product you can use the search (top) or menu that includes product categories at the top of the web page.
    
2. Add to Basket 
   Have you decided on a product? Simply click "Add to cart" and the product will automatically be included in the basket, you can continue your site navigation to view other products. 
   
   You can modify the details of the shopping basket at will: You can change the amount, you can substitute one product with another, you can remove a product, etc.
    
3. Checkout 
   After all desired products are in the basket, please press the "Order". The next page is for personal data transmission and billing and payment method of choice. Once you have completed all the data, follow the instructions until you reach the last page, clicking "confirm order". CAUTION - The minimum order amount is 50 Lei!

How to pay?
 

All prices listed on the site include VAT.

Giftexpress.ro offers some easy ways to pay for products purchased, depending on your preference payment is made in lei.

Online payment:

You can pay by card when you place an order. Romcard operating system and is compatible with 3D Secure. Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.

Cash on delivery:

You can opt for this method when you want to pay at the reception of your giftexpress.ro package. If you choose this payment method, the courier will hand over evidence of collection, act in the place of tax receipt.

How is it delivered?
 

Giftexpress.ro the shipping charges are low: delivery by courier within two working days only cost 19 lei, without paying tax credit, for towns included in the coverage of the courier service. For other locations and calculate external kilometers charge plus the cost of delivery.

Delivery is free for orders over 300 RON, valid only for orders with delivery in Romania. Orders placed on Friday are delivered next week.

Delivery is made in Romania, using courier services - Fan Courier within 1-2 working days in big cities and abroad by DPD.

For deliveries abroad, orders must be paid online or by bank transfer.

Delivery is made between 9 - 18. If during this time you are not at home, please indicate as delivery address your work address to avoid delays in delivery or even failure to deliver the order.
