    Hello. Thank you for your promptness and communication. However, the courier service was a day late, I don't know if it received the information in a useful way or what happened. The order arrived today well after my insistence. Normally any company that respects itself would propose at least the reimbursement of transport costs or a commercial gesture, but I leave it to your discretion. In any case, I am less satisfied with your services than those of the courier. Thank you.
