I accidentally discovered the site, looking for Christmas gift ideas. The products looked good, I found many interesting gift options but, I must admit, I decided to order also due to the comments I read and which turned out to be true. I sent the order in the evening, around 10 pm, I changed my mind, I sent an order change and, incredibly for my experience as an old buyer, I received an answer after about 30 minutes. I then had an exchange of emails with Mrs. Logofătu at that late hour. The next day I also spoke on the phone: the communication was just as kind, with a lot of openness and I would even say a kind of joy in satisfying the client's requests. Lots of patience and a lot of smiles from my interlocutor. The products are impeccable and the conditions in which we received them are excellent. All I had to do was take them out of the transport package and put them under the tree. An experience like a Christmas miracle. I think I'll become a fan. Thanks and sincere congratulations!
